Tripartite Customer Agreement
Clients' relationship with us is governed by a tripartite customer agreement, which defines the role of HYCM Limited as an "Arranger" and our sister company, HYCM Capital Markets (UK) Limited, as the "Principal Service Provider". Thus all our clients are also clients of HYCM Capital Markets (UK) Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of HYCM Group.
